When can Transport Focus become involved in my complaint?

If you have a complaint which the rail company has not resolved to your satisfaction then we will try to help. 

We cannot get involved in your complaint until the railcompany has had the opportunity to resolve it, however, we always welcome feedback on the service that you have been given.
