Working together for transport users

We all know that people make journeys from door to door, not necessarily station to station. Earlier this month it was good to see TransPennine link up with a local bus company in Yorkshire to make it easier for people to explore the countryside.

It definitely makes life easier if you can plan all your journey in one go, and expect the various parts to link together.

This ‘multi-modal’ approach is reflected in our new Transport User Voice newsletter, out today. For the first time we will bring together the highlights of our work across rail, road, bus, coach and tram user issues in one place. You can read it on our website or click here to get it direct to your inbox.
